What are my shopping options?
You can enjoy all Over The Edge Apparel has to offer online or in store. We also offer Facetime shopping sessions for those who would rather have a personalized experience.
How many stores do you have?
We have two locations. One in Smithtown and one in Commack. Please visit our Contact page to learn more.
What kind of shopping experience will I have?
Over The Edge Apparel specializes in specialized, personable shopping. When you walk in, you will be treated like family. All of our styling specialists are trained and happy to help you find the clothing that will make you feel your absolute best self.
How can I track my order?
We’ll provide you with a tracking code once it is mailed.
My package was damaged in transit
Immediately email customer service and save all of the packaging. We will make arrangements for return shipping!
How much is shipping?
The cost for shipping in the United States is $9.00. We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.00.
How fast can I expect my items to arrive?
We typically ship using USPS priority mail within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. In total you should receive your order in 2-5 business days. (Yes, we do work Saturdays!)

- Can return for store credit only or exchange for size, no cash or credit card back.
- Must return within 14 days.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- To initiate a return, contact customerservice@overtheedgeapparel.com and state the item you wish to return, as well as the order number, a brief item description and the reason why you are returning the item.
